I'm trying to get a summary per person of an individual's attendance across a series of events. The only way I can see to do it is to download a full attendance register across the whole year (gets a bit crowded) and then manually count.
E.g. End of sunday school year coming up, want to identify which children are our most regular attendees. It would be really useful if I could generate a report which counts how many times each child has attended between September 2010 and now!
Currently, there isn't a way to break it down per person throughout a series of events. I think your approach would be the only way to do it. Although, if you are fancy with Excel, you may be able to quickly come up with these numbers. Feel free to raise this as a feature request, and we can prioritize accordingly.
