Hi Adam,
I have an exhibtion payment group (Launch Exhibit Oct 2011) which seems to have a gift aid option on the payment details page - however this is not an option for gift aid. Can you tell me how to change this as I can't see it on the web office side.

Hi Jennie,
Currently I cannot see that payment group from the site side. Is there any chance you can send me a screen capture of your payment details page? I can see that your payment schemes Gift Aid options are set to "no registrations" so that information should not be displaying. I've manually created a registration from within the web office but Gift Aid options do not display within the registration wizard. If you can provide me with a video or pic of this happening on your end, I'd greatly appreciate it.
