If you're reporting a bug to us, and it's hard to explain, why not use Jing to quickly send us a screengrab or even better record a video! Jing is free to download and very simple to use. More info here:http://www.techsmith.com/jing/

Jing works brilliantly - I have been struggling for a few weeks with a problem and couldn't explain it clearly to the support team - because of this they couldn't replicate the error I was having. They then suggested I made a video of the error with Jing which I did, it took me 5 minutes maximum, and they then solved the issue in about 2 hours after that.
Its a brilliant simple idea for problem solving - well done guys.
