There was a period of downtime this morning on all sites from approximately 11.30 until 11.43.

A network switch linking our web and database servers failed this morning. Engineers on site in our data centre rebooted the switch to resolve the issue. We apologise for the inevitable inconvenience caused by this failure.

We monitor our servers 24 hours a day. If there's an issue with the availability of the Insight service we will be alerted and work on resolving the issue immediately.
