Thank you for  your interest in having Endis setup your Payment Groups for you. Please follow ALL the steps on this page.

The process

     
 

Endis

 

Begin the process by completing and submitting the appropriate forms on this page. You will be billed within 24 hours of submitting your form. In the case that you do not have your payment processor in place yet, the setup time will be extended 5 days from the completion of your payment processor approval.
 

Payment Processor

 

In order for your processor to work, you must have Payflow Pro in place. This is a third party product that essentially acts as a tunnel between your website and your bank (so that you can get your money!).  Please contact Dan Geirhart (?) with Premier Card Services at 717-856-5541. www.harbortouchpa.com

The process generally takes 5 business days to be approved. You do not need any information from Endis to begin the application process. Here are two documents to download concerning Credit Card Types and Rates:
 

Implementation

 

When you receive your confirmation from Payflow Pro, they will include a user name and password for your merchant account. Please 1) Do NOT change the password on this account and 2) Forward the email to this location.

The Questionnaire  

Please complete ONLY the sections that apply to you (i.e. if you only are requesting a Payment Group for Online Giving, then you do not need to complete the other sections. Clicking on a form will open up a new window where you can submit your responses. Upon completion return to the page and hit the Register button below to complete your processing (unless your payment groups are setup during a new site design).

Once a form is submitted, your organization will be billed the Payment Group setup fee.
