I like the idea of a Support Site!  May I suggest the creation of a Glossary of Terms for Endisville.  (You could call it Endis-ese but that doesn't sound quite right.)  ;-)  I am new to Endis and do not know the different between the terms "frontpage" and "homepage" yet i see both of them used in the documentation - is there a difference?  In addition, the concept of Groups is new to me.  I've learned that a Group is both a webpage and the title of an interest group within the organization and also the frontpage for the interest group in question.  A nice enhancement to the Glossary would be a link to request that a particular term be defined and added to the glossary.  i.e. Please define "Endisville."

For a zero navigation system the search function should be more robust. When I search for "link" get no results. I like the breadcrumbs.

I like the idea of a glossary - we'll work on that.

Rachael, I'm not sure how entering the word "link" in the search brought up no results - it brings up several for me. Which page were you on when you entered the term?

Hi Justin, Yeah, I tried it again and and got better results. I'm not sure what I did last time. I have liked the ShareInsight site for a long time and I guess I was just having problems with change :) . I really like the new format of the forum. -- Rachael
