Why is the "Resources" tab greyed out when I have full permissions?

The "Resources" area has it's own permissions. The user who was the main site contact when the site was set up should have this permission and therefore permission to grant it to you. See the "Creating Booking Managers" section of the "Resource booking" guide for instructions on how to assign permissions in that area.

I am the main site contact for for our site when it was set up (yesterday) and yet the Resources tab in my Web Office is greyed out for me.  What should I do?  Is this the correct place on this Support Site to be asking this "help" question?

Hi Christopher,

The "Resources" tab wouldn't be enabled if you didn't have any "Resource Booking" permissions that are granted in that area. As you say though you should have been granted this if you're the main site contact.
