Why are some people displayed in grey in the printable address book?

The Web Office printable address book displays non-members in grey rather than black to provide a quick overview of who's a member for office use. The user-side printable address book doesn't have his distinction.

Hi,
In our online address book the name above the individual contact details is in a black box and only visible if you hover the mouse over the box. Why is this and how do I change it so thename appears all the time.

It sounds like the colour of the name labels isn't an appropriate colour in the theme of your site. When editing the theme there's a setting under:page layout->specific pages->address book name labels that should change this.
