Changing your password or contact details

You can change your password or other account details as follows:
  1. Login to the web site.
  2. Select the my area > my details option from the menu.
  3. Select the change password option or, to update your other details details, select the my profile option.
  4. Press Save to commit your changes. When updating the my profile page you'll need to re-enter your password at the bottom of the page before you save your changes.

Im trying to change my password, but there is no change password tab as suggested above? please advise

Hi Charlotte - normally you would see this when you are logged in - so are you logged in to the site? If you still have the issue please email with the userid you are logging in with and the URL of the website.

I'm trying to reset my password for the shop and I haven't received my password reset email.  Also the MP3 category is not showing up in my shop even though it says that is visible .  thanks!
