Why can't I access all areas of the Web Office?

If you can't access certain areas in the Web Office it's because you don't have the necessary permissions.

Not having the required permissions may mean the usergroup group folder won't appear at all (if you have no permissions in that area), or an option may appear as disabled (greyed out) e.g.resources-disabled.

 

 If you feel you should have access to those areas, contact your site administrator to request the appropriate permissions.

HI Justin

In the database for SA Congragation 'Noordwyk' I added Brian Colyer.  Then the wife Carina, it stoped in the middle of the data entering, now I can see Carina when I go into Brian's info but not on the 'Group member' page.  If I enter on the name Carina it give's me the warning that I do not have permission to see her details.  Could you please help?
